Part 2 of garge conversion in Kings Lynn. At the beginning of the year we fitted ensuite at the end of this garage, now we came back to brick up front, fit window, insulate the room, install radiator and decorate it. Big project completed in Downham market. Work included new layout, moving main stopcock valve, bricking up small window, removing internal wall and moving doors. Bathroom included removing old hot water tank, relocating soil pipe, removing old boiler flue, replacing floorboards, taking down 2 layers of walls and installing new sanitary ware along with tiling.
