Intresting project done in Kings Lynn area. Prior to our work there was restricted access to the loft through the standard hatch. We had to find the way to fit the stairs, and the only way to cut a bit in the wall.
Before
Above shows there was just standard loft made into storage room. We wanted to achive both goals, make this loft into the room, but also find the way to keep it as storage area.
Work
We had to make a new ceiling to fit the spotlights. Walls were made from steel frame and platerboards. Whole room has been isolated with isolation sheets. To gain sun light we installed 3 velux windows. All finished with cladding, wooden doors, window sills and stair rails in wood stain.
